Hi George,
That piece is the only one available using the Hal Alles digital synthesizer. An audio version of it is on my cd "Obsolete Systems" http://retiary.org/ls/obsolete_systems and the video clip you saw on YouTube is available on the history of electronic music dvd called "OHM" from Ellipsis Records. Both are available from the Electronic Music Foundation athttp://cdemusic.org
I have a few more recordings of related material on old decaying 1/4" analog reel-to-reel tape that I should try to rescue by digitizing one of these years but as of now nothing else using that instrument. I don't know of anyone else having recorded with it but maybe google would turn you up something. Roger Powell worked with it a bit at Bell Labs and the synth was sent to the Oberlin College electronic music studio where Gary Nelson worked with it but I am not aware of anything having actually been recorded with it. I believe it the instrument may have been damaged during transportation before arrival at Oberlin.
Sorry not to be of more help, and I'm pleased that you liked my performance on it. Best regards,
korg ps 3100
the korg ps 3100 on the video i posted is only going through a roland re 301 and also the synth needs at least a good cleaning and a service, but on the other hand i think it sounds amazing even in the state it is now.
